ANZACS on the Western Front: The Australian War Memorial Battlefirld Guide
I greatly appreciated this volume. In visiting Europe and Turkey recently we found this so helpful as we visited a number of the sites mentioned. New Zealand Memorials are also included – the maps, and diagrams assisted us finding sites and the photos from the war and present day were very helpful. We were able to complete a number of the walks and the journey was more enlightened and emotionally moving because of this guide. Since our return I have dipped into the book time and again. Our experience was certainly enhanced by having this on our Kindle.

Maps?
This book is very good and easy to follow however the maps and photos are not at all easy to view on my Kindle. Unfortunately this detracts from the book. I do have an old model Kindle so perhaps this is the problem. Overall a good read.

A must have battlefield guide book!!
A very well put together battlefield guide and easy to you. The price is a tad on the high side but don’t be put off, it really is worth the money…….. I have no hesitation in recommending this book.

Brilliant, ‘THE’ Anzac guidebook for the Western Front that cannot be bettered. This work really brings to life the battlefield as it is today, knitting together masterfully accounts of what happened almost a 100 years ago.
