Not quite what I expected
The text of this book was not the classic version I expected, but it was close. In any event, my grandson loves the book and reads it over and over.

Had sticker from TJ Maxx still on it.
Bought as a baby shower gift. As stated in the headline, when the book came in, it still had the TJ Maxx price sticker on it for $3.99 which was annoying because then I knew how much more I paid for the darn thing. Overall, quality was fine.

I was looking for a board book version of this classic children’s story. It fits the bill in terms of quality of board book and a decent retelling of the story. I will say that we have multiple versions of the 3 bears story (my daughter went through a bear phase) and her preferred telling is
The Three Bears
the Little Golden Book classic. However, as I said, I needed a board book version of the book, and this one came through.

great illustrations
2 year old (20 months) loved the story, it kept his attention for the whole book especially on the 1st time we read it and still as we revisit it. I used this book specifically to illustrate our focus study on Big vs. small and this was a great example with the 3 bears and the sizes mentioned through out the story. I’d highly recommend.
