Description
27 Dinosaurs are playing hide and seek. I wonder where they’ve got to, let’s take a peek!
In this fun, spot the dinosaur puzzle game, you’ll travel through a funfair, a school, a train station, a snowy park and many more locations in the search for some lovable (and possibly slightly scary) reptiles who’ve gone walkabouts. See if you can find Roxy, Dingo and Dash – and don’t forget Gertie along the way!
A great book for 2-4 year olds. For the kids who like Where’s Wally/Waldo books but find the puzzles a little tricky.

This book is printed by Amazon using 60-pound smooth bright offset white paper. While many children’s books are printed this way, some may be expecting a satin-style finish. Please take this into consideration before purchasing. Thank you.

Very good book
The book was very nice but I was buying it for a daycare class of 4 year olds with a few 5 year olds thrown in. I thought the book was a bit juvenile for the 4 year olds. Also, having only a couple of Dino’s to look for on each page it went too quickly and couldn’t be played with by a couple of kids at the same time ( which frequently happens at a day care ). Super book for 2 and 3 year olds playing on a 1 on 1 basis.

Held my 3 year-old enraptured for 30 minutes—amazing!
As a doting grandma to two dino-daft little boys, I’m always on the lookout for new dinosaur-themed books, toys and games to feed their infatuation. And this ‘Where’s Wally’ type book is just brilliant. Maybe a little bit too challenging for the lower end of the recommended 2 to 4 years age range, but still a fun and fascinating adventure regardless of a child’s ability to find the hidden dinosaurs. What’s really appealing about it is that it actually tells a story as well: Someone went and left the window open and all the dinosaurs escaped. Can we find them and bring them safely home? Each spread features a different setting, such as the park, a funfair, an office, a picnic, a classroom, the playground and so on. The aim it to find the 2 dinosaurs—all of them different—hidden in each scene. It’s not easy, but I find that giving some hints like suggesting to look for a specific colour really helps. My 3 year-old especially likes that all the dinos have cool names, which he already knows off by heart, all 27 of them! I was a bit worried that the difficulty level would challenge their patience, especially of the 2 year-old, but with a bit of guidance and cajoling they’re happy to study each page closely for as long as necessary. In terms of design, the book is attractive and colourful, with detailed illustrations that offer lots to talk about. For example, once they’ve found the dinos, you can get your little ones to look for other items on the page. It’s a great way to learn new words. Thanks for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful. Check out my profile page for more reviews of toddler books and puzzles and educational toys and games.

My 3 & 4 yr old grandsons love this book!
I gave this book to my 3 yr old grandson who is totally into Dinosaurs. He loved it. So much so that I purchased a second book for my just turned 4 yr old grandson. I like that they enjoy finding the dinosaurs, they sit attentively and concentrate on finding the dinosaurs and it keeps them from wanting screen time.Who doesn’t love to have a grandchild on your lap with a book?

Fun
They are pretty easy to find but my 5 and 2 year old are able to each pick a dino to find on each page so it’s a good quiet time activity for them.

Nice book but too easy for 3year old
My 3year old enjoyed looking for the dinosaurs but found it quite easy. That said he’s still read it quite a few times. It’s colourful and simple though, good for a car journey. In terms of quality I thought the text looked pixelated and not very crisp like it was either low resolution or printed on a non-industry standard printer. Also the last page says you’ve found the 27 dinosaurs but it doesn’t show them all as my son pointed out. Only 23. But if that doesn’t bother you then you’l love it!
