    Best classroom read
I love this book! It is fitting as we started each school day with our “Classroom Promise”. Throughout the year we added to it or changed our focus as we learned to mean what we say to keep it each day. I then bought one for each student and one for myself to start a new classroom tradition. I wish I had this i had this book soon.

    Nice!
Love this book by Lebron James. I’m Big fan also. The book is really good. The illustrations are nice and colorful. Sure to keep a child’s attention.. Nice book for my collection to read with kids. We can all use an I Promise!

    Book is just OK
Very cheaply written book. Only one or two lines on every other page. The opening page admits that the artwork is done on photoshop. Not much effort put into it. Expected more from LeBron.

Will become a favorite during story time!
I purchased this book for my 3 soon to be 4 yr old nephew for his birthday in a couple of days. I hesitated purchasing it because honestly I’m not a big fan of LBJ but after reading the reviews I knew he and his 2 yr old sister would love it. BTW, my nephew loves Lebron and we give him a hard time. (lol just kidding well not really) I just received it and read it…and I LOVED it! We do story time everyday where they each choose a book along with myself. They both love to read and love books which is important. I’m an avid reader and want to pass on the love books to them. I know this will become a favorite very quickly and be chosen several times a week to where I’ll have to say “Again? Really?”. I can’t wait to give it to him. Regardless of my feelings, I’m so glad I purchased the book because it’s not about me. It’s about them enjoying books and the wonders of reading. GREAT JOB Lebron! Nina Mata, the illustrations are so bright, diverse and beautiful. TLC

    Another reason to love LeBron
Read this to my 4th graders as a basis to craft our “class promise”. Also watched LeBron read it and it made a big impression. We discussed the importance of what a promise or commitment to ourselves and our classmates could mean, and how it will shape our year of learning together. Highly recommend!

    Excellent Read!
I read this book often with my son before bed time. He really likes to read and for Mommy to read to him. It has become a ritual for us to read this book. I love the illustrations and it is user friendly for any child learning to read.

A wonderful book for all children
This is a great story to help children understand the importance of setting goals and making promises to themselves as the first steps to being successful in life.
