    Didn’t work for me.
I planned on using this for my classroom library. It says the pockets are 3 x 5, but they’re all different sizes. Some will hold a library card but some are smaller than 3×5 so it won’t work.

    Keeps work priorities well managed!
It’s magnetic, I use for keeping work tasks in check. Being able to see where I need to focus my attention on with the red, yellow & green colors helps me prioritize so well.

    Great for organization!
I love this pocket chart to help organize my small groups. The small white cards did not fit into their slips without me cutting them down. All the cards are well-perforated and tear apart easily. The white cards were about 1/4″ too big, so after tearing them apart, I had to cut those down.

Does the job- with some tweaking
This is great and has been a wonderful addition to my classroom for behavior management. To make mine sturdier and more reusable year after year I trimmed and laminated all the color and name cards (trimmed so that they would still fit in the pockets) and wrote student names with a dry erase marker on the white tabs. What would make this product better is if it came already laminated. The way it comes is like postcard paper which would definitely get frayed with regular use. The only other problem is that the magnets sewn into the top of the blue pocket holder are very weak— especially when the weight of the cards is added (i’m sure my laminate added a lot of weight as well). I had to use 2 packs of mini magnet clips (8 total) that I got from the dollar store to keep this attached to my white board. I’m really pleased that I have this in my class now and have seen an improvement as a result of students seeing a visual of their behavior rating.

    Not designed like I thought
I used to make my own behavior chart like this but didn’t have time to this year, so I ordered this. I didn’t realize that they have one color on one side and the other color on the back. So instead of having a card for each color the kids would have to flip it which is not very reasonable for 1st graders. Poor design for young kids.
