I am so grateful that I purchased this for my grandson in Australia. When I was face timing with his dad, he rushed to the phone and in his little 3 year old voice said, “Thanks, Nana, for the great dinosaur book”. My son told me after that it is just about the only book they read right now. So, if you child is “into” dinosaurs, I would highly recommend it.

This book was a gift for my grandson who is obsessed with dinosaurs. Being 4 years old he loves to hear all about the facts about dinosaurs and their lives. This book has it all. It kept him interested from start to finish. A great addition to his dinosaur collection.

The content of this book is fantastic, I work as a kindergarten teacher and it’s a favourite amongst all the children in my service. However, it hasn’t been made for so much love, Ive sticky taped every page at least once trying to keep it together. The glue just doesn’t cut it for keeping all the pages together. Tempted to get it rebound myself.

Amazing illustrations and short clear info
This book is amazing. Very clearly structured, grouping dinosaurs by size (small, big, giant and gigantic), which is the kids’ intuitive way to look at this. Short clear info, just the right amount not to lose kids’ attention span on the page (this is not a comprehensive encyclopaedia. If you want extensive info, you need another book). Also stunning illustrations. A delight ! Kids ( 3 and 5 yo) keep coming back to it.

A Hit with Great Nephew!
We bought this book for our great-nephew’s third birthday – he is hugely into dinosaurs and we needed something to supplement another gift. I was worried it might be a bit ‘old’ for him, but we have heard that he LOVES this book – he already knows all the names, and has learnt some new ones, and he loves hearing the facts about each one. Also, the large, glossy pictures keep his interest.

Perfect book for dinosaur lovers
My son has been obsessed with dinosaurs for awhile now. Getting him this book has been so much fun. The book has the pronunciation below each dinosaur so you can learn how to say some of the more difficult ones, which is great. We read through this book frequently, the pages have a lot of information on them so at first, when my son was younger, we would go through and name the dinosaurs, but as he gets older I can read more facts about the dinosaurs. This makes the book a little more fun because each time we read it, he learns something new.
