For starters to intermediates!
If you’re a beginner in professional photography, invest in this book. Its worth more than any YouTube tutorial. However if you’re already a professional, the second half of this book is what you would be needing. Either way its a great book to gain more understanding in photography. National Geographic really did a great job!

Great Book, Great Value
Succinct survey of basic knowledge for new photographers. Full of lovely photos and great advice for beginners (and great review for more experienced photographers). Nicer than I had expected, especially for the price.
