Excellent book. I had the original copy back in the early aughts (can’t believe how much was buried in my brain!) until it was stolen from me about 5-6 years ago. I decided to rebuy it now that I teach animation. So good. It should be required reading.
Ivo Daniel Brito –

This book changed my approach
This book emphasized the “center line” which is the foundation to drawing characters. This often gets missed by beginners and sometimes professionals in a rush to meet a deadline. A lot of different books touch on the center line but don’t spend enough time on its core importance.
