   Excellent book!
   The textbook of Food science and technology by Dr.Avantina S Bhandari is extremely informative. It covers all the topics related to food science and technology in detail. The language used is easy to understand. The information is up to date.The book is useful and helpful for academics as well as for all the competitive exams.
